Metals for Airline Industry Repair & Manufacturing
Aviation Metals, Inc. strictly complies with all U.S. export laws and regulations. These commodities, technology or software were exported by Aviation Metals, Inc. from the United States in accordance with the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Diversion contrary to U.S. law prohibited.
Your company and it's subsidiaries along with any applicable acting agents are required to comply with all U.S. EAR's and all laws or regulations of another country in respect to commodities supplied by us for you or your customer's use. Prior to any attempt on your part to re-export any items of U.S. origin to any proscribed destination, you agree to obtain written authority from the U.S. Government.
Upon receiving any new order, it will be scrutinized in regards to any licensing that may be required. This licensing is applicable to one or both of he following agencies:
The licensing process is dependent on the applicable agency(ies) involved and may take up to 3-5 weeks, if not longer. Aviation Metals will not be responsible for orders delayed caused by an awaiting license.
